Behringer PK115A

Designed to deliver professional-quality audio, the 15" Behringer PK115A is a highly flexible, easy-to-use, 800W powered portable PA speaker for today's working musicians, singer/songwriters, mobile DJs, and other sound providers. The speaker can work as a main PA or stage monitor. When used as a main speaker, a pair of PK115A is well equipped to cover an audience of up to 250.

The built-in media player features a Bluetooth receiver, allowing you to stream music from most portable devices, such as smartphones, tablets, and PCs. You can also play your favorite MP3 playlist from a USB flash drive, SD, or MMC card. Control the playback parameters from the onboard 9-button pad control, which features Play/Pause, Stop Playback, Volume Up, Volume Down, Back Forward, Repeat, Mode, and EQ. The EQ offers several presets including normal, pop, rock, jazz, classical, and country. The PK115A also comes with a remote control with up to 33' of wireless freedom.

The rear panel features a built-in 3-channel mixer with two ultralow noise, high-headroom mic preamps. The master section offers a main level control and a 2-band EQ for dialing in your best sound. Each mic channel features an XLR input with level control, while channel 3 provides a dual RCA inputs and outputs for connecting any line-level source. The PK115A is a great choice for any musician or performer, as it offers independent control over mic and line levels to provide backing tracks or incidental music between sets.

A speakON speaker output connector allows the PK115A to power most passive 8-ohm speakers such as the PK110 or PK112. For a true stereo L/R operation, two PK115As are needed with each to receive independent the left and right signals respectively.

The highly efficient 800W Class-AB amplifier powers the 15" woofer and 1" compression driver, which provide full-range audio (20 Hz to 20 kHz at -10 dB) with a sound pressure level powerful enough to ensure the entire audience can hear your performance. The compression driver is mounted to an ultrawide dispersion, large-format exponential horn for remarkable high-frequency reproduction, while the 15" long-excursion woofer provides deep, powerful bass. An integrated sound processor provides system control and speaker protection. The PK115A includes a power cord.
