Garantiiaeg on 24 kuud (sõltuvalt tootest) alates ostmise päevast
Garantiiaja jooksul garanteerib tootja õige kasutamise puhul toote korrapärase toimimise
Garantiikorras tagastamiseks, peab toode olema originaalpakendis, täies komplektis ja puhas
Garantii on kehtiv vaid koos ostu tõendava dokumendiga, mil märgitud ostmise kuupäev ning müüja allkiri/tempel
Kõik rikked ja tõrked parandatakse 40 tööpäeva jooksul alates toote garantiikorras tagastamisest
Peale garantiiaja lõppu teostatakse seadmete remonti juhul kui see on eelnevalt kokkulepitud tootjaga. Remondi hind oleneb kahjustuste suurusest

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND WARRANTIES
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
The client (a natural person who purchases the product for a purpose outside their trade or profession) has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the item within 14 days from the day of receiving the product without giving any reason.
During these 14 days, the client is permitted to handle and inspect the product to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, strictly to the same extent as they would be allowed to do in a physical store.
2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The client cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:
The product contains audio/video recordings or computer software, and its protective seal has been broken after delivery;
The product is custom-made or clearly personalised for the client;
The product is sealed for health or hygiene reasons and was unsealed after delivery.
3. Product Condition and Diminished Value
The client is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. If the returned product or its original packaging is significantly damaged, misused, or missing components, SIA "MUZ PRO" reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the product from the refund.
4. Return Process and Refunds
Costs: The cost of returning the product to the store is borne by the Buyer.
Notification: To exercise the right of withdrawal, the client must inform us of their decision by an unequivocal statement and provide proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or bank statement). We recommend using our standard form: [Link to Withdrawal Form].
Return Address: The item must be returned to our store without undue delay: SIA "MUZ PRO", Rīga, Gustava Zemgala gatve 71A, Latvia, LV-1039.
Refund Timeline: We will refund all payments received from the client, including the costs of standard delivery, within 14 days from the day we are informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or the client has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
5. Statutory Warranty (24 Months)
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, consumers have the right to submit a claim regarding a product that does not comply with the terms of the contract within 24 months from the date of purchase. If a manufacturing defect is discovered, the client has the right to request repair, replacement, or, in certain cases, a price reduction or refund.
6. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we always aim to resolve it through direct communication.

7. Legal Entities (B2B)
The 14-day right of withdrawal applies strictly to consumers (natural persons). These terms regarding refunds without explanation do NOT apply to purchases made by legal entities for business purposes.
