1. Garantini ai įsipareigojimai taikomi gaminiams, parduotiems Lietuvoje.
2. Garantiniai įsipareigojimai negalioja, jei:
- garantinis kvitas neteisingai užpildytas;
- yra braukymų ar taisymų;
- trūksta datos ar pardavėjo parašo;
- gaminys buvo naudojamas ne pagal paskirtį (nesilaikant naudojimosi instrukcijoje nurodytų reikalavimų);
- buvo atliktas bet koks savarankiškas gaminio remontas, pažeistos plombos, yra požymių, kad gaminį buvo bandyta atidaryti ir pan.;
- yra mechaninių korpuso pažeidimų;
- gaminys buvo neteisingai prijungtas prie maitinimo šaltinio, ar sugedo dėl pernelyg aukštos maitinimo įtampos, impulsų atliekant elektros montavimo darbus pastotėse, paskirstymo įrenginiuose ar panašiai;
- gaminys pažeistas perkūnijos, gaisro, vandens ir kitų stichinių poveikių, agresyvių medžiagų, skysčių ir panašiai;
- gaminio viduje rasta pašalinių medžiagų - dulkių, vabzdžių ir panašiai;
3. Garantiniai įsipareigojimai netaikomi gaminio priedams ir mazgams, kurių eksploatavimo laikas yra ribotas (maitinimo elementams, lempoms).
4. Garantiniai įsipareigojimai netaikomi garso kolonėlėms ir garsiakalbiams, kai perkaista garso ritės arba garsiakalbiai yra mechaniškai pažeisti.
5. Gaminys gali būti keičiamas, jeigu gedimų, kurie atsirado eksploatuojant, negalima pašalinti. Keičiant gaminį garantinio aptarnavimo kvitas išlieka tas pats su parduotuvės kasos čekiu, o garantijos laikas nepratęsiamas. Per likusį garantinio aptarnavimo laikotarpį gaminys nauju nekeičiamas, o sumokėti pinigai negrąžinami. Keičiant gaminį, klientas turi kompensuoti už mechaninius pažeidimus, kurie atsirado juo naudojantis.
6. „MUZ PRO“ įmonė neatsako už gedimus, įvykusius dėl nežinojimo ar naudojimosi instrukcijos nesilaikymo eksploatavimo ar sandėliavimo metu.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND WARRANTIES
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
The client (a natural person who purchases the product for a purpose outside their trade or profession) has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the item within 14 days from the day of receiving the product without giving any reason.
During these 14 days, the client is permitted to handle and inspect the product to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, strictly to the same extent as they would be allowed to do in a physical store.
2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The client cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:
The product contains audio/video recordings or computer software, and its protective seal has been broken after delivery;
The product is custom-made or clearly personalised for the client;
The product is sealed for health or hygiene reasons and was unsealed after delivery.
3. Product Condition and Diminished Value
The client is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. If the returned product or its original packaging is significantly damaged, misused, or missing components, SIA "MUZ PRO" reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the product from the refund.
4. Return Process and Refunds
Costs: The cost of returning the product to the store is borne by the Buyer.
Notification: To exercise the right of withdrawal, the client must inform us of their decision by an unequivocal statement and provide proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or bank statement). We recommend using our standard form: [Link to Withdrawal Form].
Return Address: The item must be returned to our store without undue delay: SIA "MUZ PRO", Rīga, Gustava Zemgala gatve 71A, Latvia, LV-1039.
Refund Timeline: We will refund all payments received from the client, including the costs of standard delivery, within 14 days from the day we are informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or the client has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
5. Statutory Warranty (24 Months)
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, consumers have the right to submit a claim regarding a product that does not comply with the terms of the contract within 24 months from the date of purchase. If a manufacturing defect is discovered, the client has the right to request repair, replacement, or, in certain cases, a price reduction or refund.
6. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we always aim to resolve it through direct communication.

7. Legal Entities (B2B)
The 14-day right of withdrawal applies strictly to consumers (natural persons). These terms regarding refunds without explanation do NOT apply to purchases made by legal entities for business purposes.
